Helix EOOD was established in 1995. The company is specialized in performing the following activities:

• engineering-geological surveys
• project development for issuance of prospecting and exploration licenses
• prospecting and exploration of non-metal minerals – industrial mineral resources
  
  

Basing on the commercially viable discovery of Livade ore deposit, Ihtiman Municipality, since 2007 the company has obtained concession rights for extraction of vermiculite, granted by the Ministry of Еnergy.
